Stag and Hen Weekends in Newcastle

Planning a stag or hen do in the UK?  Newcastle is one of the most vibrant, fun and friendly cities in the North with brilliant nightlife.  There are a huge a array of activities to chose from and we will get on to those later.

Follow these simple steps to arranging stag and hen weekends in Newcastle.

Step 1: Choose and invite people to come along

So you have been landed with the huge responsibility of harassing your best pals family, friends, associates and in laws, nightmare…  If you’re lucky its just the friends, if not you will have grandma or grandad along for the ride.  Trying to accommodate a massive age range can be difficult but not impossible.

Have a discussion with your stag or hen and decide who to invite, will it be a mixture of people or just close friends.

Step 2: Choose what you are going to be doing and where to stay

Accommodation needs to be first on the list, think about peoples budgets and also who will allow you to stay there.  Newcastle has accommodation for all budgets, we recommend being up front and honest, some hotels will not allow you to stay if its for a stag or hen weekend.  Euro Hostel is a great option and can be found here:

Activities are important, Saturday is the prime day, Endless Adventure North East offers a range of outdoor, adventure activities and free transport to and from the location.  Our ethos is simple, every adventure is tailor made and is as hassle free as possible.  We understand how difficult it can be to arrange weekends like these and we are here to help, just drop us a line to find out more.

Our most popular trip is gorge walking and tubing, adrenaline fuelled but fun for everyone. Here’s a link to find out more: Tubing and Gorge Walking

Step 3: Budget the weekend out, don’t forget transport

Cost out what people need to pay including getting there and back.  Everyone will be greatful if you can cost out what the weekend will cost in advance so all they have to worry about is money for drinks and food.  Transport can be done on an individual basis or if your group are leaving from the same town a minibus can be a good way of getting people moved.  We have a 16 seat minibus and can provide transport to and from a any location should you require it, just get in touch.

Step 4: Get the money in before you book

Its really important to get everyones money so you know how committed people are, without it you may end up out of pocket.  We offer a deposit system to help you plan the weekend more easily, 15% to secure your date and the full amount due 30 days prior.

Step 5: Book it all up

Once you have the funds get it booked and look forward to the weekend.  Its a good idea to remind people of anything they may need to bring, for our adventures, spare trainers are the thing people forget most.  Get an email, whatsapp or Facebook message out to people the week before with any useful contact details, the bestman or maid of honours phone number will be helpful over the weekend so get it to people early.

Sit back and enjoy the weekend, with a firm plan you can rest easy.
