Its the time of year when people start looking for information and availability for activities, accommodation and things to do on nights out in Newcastle for their stag or hen weekend. At Endless Adventure we specialise in large groups both stag/hen and special occasions alike, all of our activity trips include FREE transport and we offer airport transfers for a small fee if needed.
We have come up with our 5 top tips from our experience of running many successful adventures with a variety of groups, especially stag weekends. A good place for tips on Newcastle Nightlife is: http://www.nightsoutinnewcastle.co.uk
1: Get peoples money off them early, then you know they are committed, for the person organising this is always the most difficult, but you don’t want to be left out of pocket if someone doesn’t turn up! Most companies offer deposit features (including us) so that should help
2: Go with the majority! Don’t try and cater for cousin Tommy who is scared of heights, water, speed and anything generally fun. Once you have a decent cohort of keen people, possibly including the bachelor or leading lady…get it booked. Time is of the essence if you want quality activities at good times.
3: Look out for hidden costs and cheap extras!? Are the free shots and free entry at Talulas in the Bigg Market really worth buying a full package for? Probably not, its generally free anyway and while the stag or hen might appreciate a shot of Ribena at that time on Saturday night it doesn’t really give good value. We offer free photos and transport for all of our trips which we think is a cut above the rest.
4: Timing of different parts of the weekend. When to do the activity part of a stag or hen is important and what those activities are is crucial. We offer gorge walking and whitewater tubing as a very unique set of activities in The North Pennines. www.endlessadventurenortheast.com/our-activities Our activities like most are best done on the Saturday of the weekend. Depending on budget and if you booked early, Sunday morning could be a good option to, we offer a little discount for Sundays as its our off peak. Friday evenings in the summer can also be good, leaving Saturday for something else, perhaps a trip to Newcastle Racecourse. The party element, needless to say, is best for early evening and beyond.
5: Plan your night out. Make sure large groups dressed as Pirates and a cardboard galleon are allowed in the bars on your route. Our friends at http://www.nightsoutinnewcastle.co.uk have lots of current information on the areas in Newcastle that are popular at the moment.
